Harwich and Orwell Navigation Company purchased the mv Brightlingsea and on this day she re-opened the Felixstowe – Harwich Link with Ruben Clover at the wheel again. M.v Brightlingsea was built for the London & North Eastern Railway (LNER) in 1925.
