At Harwich Police Court a bank clerk of Dovercourt was summoned for
riding a motor cycle at a dangerous speeds near the Masonic Hall on Main Road
at a speed of 30 miles per hour. Witnesses told the court he had no right to be
travelling at that speed, which was very dangerous.
